Welcome to the Habits of Change Blog

Hello and thank you for visiting Habits of Change.  The name of this blog was chosen because it is new habits that will change us, and lead us to a healthier lifestyle.  The purpose is to inspire, empower and transform all of us using knowledge about ways to stay healthy, how we can prevent disease or illness, and also to address common health concerns throughout our lifespan.  I will use my training and experience as a nurse practitioner, current research, interviews with experts and other means to bring current topics in to focus.
